One would soon run out of material if one had to resort to reality. Exaggeration is one of the main tools of politics comedy. There is a lot of freedom in fiction. With the exception of Uncle Kage, who's every story is true and supported by affidavit, all comedians will use what ever it takes to get a laugh.

for the most part 2 does speak the truth. yes he does exaggerate what really happens, and yes when he exagerates it's always macro sized. Listen to his show 2Sense and you'll figure that out on your own. www.ranting-gryphon.com/2sense.htm

From what I see, he is strongly connected to most of the material he rants about, and absolutely so when it comes to the more important, personal matters he discusses. He has ideals and believes in things. He just manages to communicate it with us in a way that makes us laugh at the same time, which is sometimes the best way to get someone to listen.
As for what might be inside him, I think that depends on the day of the week, who hes dating and how much hes been drinking.

And aside from being a funny and cool guy on stage and off stage, he has realized one fine point.
If you are going around speaking about important stuff with bleak stare and monotonous voice, it's easy to forget or just ignore alltogether, if you make people laugh while pointing out something important, you suddently might go... yeah, that was so true what he said on stage a year back.
Yes.

'2' is a comedian, and a fine one at that. As for how much is part of the act and how much is what is inside, you'd have to ask him yourself.

permalinkI've always thought he was completely fictional, and is, in fact, Kage's imaginary friend.

I can't imagine a world without 2. In a world of brain-power lacking, 2 restores the balance.
2 is balance.
I mean, think about it.
The yin and the yang.
Life and death.
Push and pull.
Good and evil.
Hmmm....
On the other hand, I just like listening to his jokes.
