Welcome to the Meetup forum (please read before posting)

The purpose of this forum is to coordinate with other individuals who you may wish to meet up with at the convention.

A few things we'd like you to keep in mind:

1) Personal contact info such as cellphone numbers or room numbers should be kept to email.

2) If we feel that a posting provides Too Much Information as to offend the sensibilities of some readers, it will be removed. This forum is meant to help our members meet up with new (and old) friends at the con -- it is not a Singles Bar.

3) If you are meeting someone in person for the first time, simple prudence dictates that you arrange to do so in a public convention space. Good places to meet would be: Restaurants, the bar, the 2nd floor foyer, or the coffee shop. We do NOT recommend meeting in the lobby, as it can become congested at times.
