What is the suggested word limit for short stories for the conbook, and when is the submission deadline? The conbook page on the website still hasn't been updated for '09, lol.

That's my fault that the conbook page hasn't been updated. I have the new HTML sitting in my mailbox, I just haven't had a chance to update the website with it yet. Sorry about that.

However, if you go to the bottom of the conbook page, you'll see a PDF file listed. That *is* the 2009 conbook guidelines, which you can refer to until I get the 2009 page up.

WRT your specific questions:

* Text submissions should be no more than 2000 words.
* All material (submission and signed release form) must be received no later than April 30, 2009.
