I am just wondering if the people from Guinness World Records will be coming this year and updating the books on us furries? I know they were there in 2006 and i think after 3 years its time for a update in the book. since then, there have been almost what, 1000 more attendees then the previous record (2,489). Either that, we should go for the largest gathering of mascots. so what do you think, time for an update?

I don't pretend to speak for the con. I am certain of one thing: Uncle Kage would rather put his efforts into running a good con than to get an entry in the Guinness book of records.

That's not to say he can't do both, however...

Except for the fact that Fursuits are not mascots.

To paraphrase The Great Emancipator: Some mascots are fursuits, and some fursuits are indeed mascots, but not all fursuits are mascots, and the only mascots which we would truly be interested in are furry mascots, and the only furries in which the Guinness Folks would be interested in are furry mascots - assuming, of course, that the only category in which we might fit would be "The Largest Gathering of Mascots".

I trust that the issue is now clear, and that the Ethics are self-evident? Silly wink
