I don't think I've missed it, I've looked everywhere but can't find prices for the rooms yet? I'm trying to figure out how much ima need lol. thanks!
Still not announced, but you should be able to find them at the following address when they are:
If you figure on $200 per night after taxes and fees, you'll be around the right amount. (Taxes and fees currently run 14%.)
Hello! They are as such unannounced for this year! But, as the above said - assume about $200 a night to giver a good rounf about [some hotels might be a good few bucks cheaper but better safer than not!]
The prices last year ranged from $149/night (standard room at the DoubleTree) to around $220/night (suite at the Hampton). Though as mentioned before, most are $200/night or less.
Tagging onto BigSiouxWolf, I paid $849.30 for 5 nights at the Hampton Inn for this upcoming 2017 convention because they have a discounted extended stay rate. I paid roughly $1,000 (including taxes) for four nights at the Courtyard Downtown last year.
Like everyone else in this thread has suggested, the $200/night rule is one you should keep in mind when booking.
Since I am at the westin I can figure $184 * .14) +$184
Oh how much do they ask for a DON PAYMENT when you check in .. Lik $50 et aside for "damages"?
Math trick: multiply the room rate by 1.14 and you won't have to add the room rate back in. Saves a step on the calculator. 184*1.14 = 209.76.
If you pay with a credit card, you won't be "charged" anything at check in. You will be charged one night's payment for the room ahead of time, usually a month or two after you reserve the room. The last time I went, the hotel wouldn't LET me pay any cash at check-in like I wanted to.
