"Where did my post go? How can I find it?"
|
I just happened to move another article into the Offtopic Discussion forum and SunShadow wondered, "Gee, where did my post go?" So, I figured I would write this post in an attempt to answer that. There are a couple of ways to find your posts: 1) You can click on the recent posts link on the left to a list of posts that were recently made or commented on. If yours was within the last 20 or so posts that were made, it should be on this list. 2) You can click on the link that says my account over on the left. Then click on the link at the top of the page that says, "track". That will bring up a list of every post you have ever made and/or commented on. "I still can't find my post!" There is an outside chance that it may have been removed by a staff member. If that's the case, it was nothing personal, but instead was felt that the post was not appropriate in the forums for whatever reason. Please keep in mind that these forums are intended as a suppliment for a blog (such as LiveJournal), but not necessarily a replacement. If you think a post of yours has been removed and are curious as to why it was removed, feel free to contact us. |
