Dealer's Room - Status!

Hidey ho! It's March--I think, anyways, I'm so bad with dates!--and it's time we updated folks on the way the Dealer's Room is working out for those who decided the best things come to those who wait.

At this time:

- Wall space is entirely sold out.
- One "Island" table is still available.
- Substantial powered tables are available--as we've gone to powering a majority of the available tables, power should NOT be a concern for once.
- The room itself is more than 50% accounted for--that is to say, more than half of all available tables have been assigned, fully paid for, and have provided all the required information on file. (This takes into account a number of dealerships who's applications are in-hand but not yet assigned, and will be later this week.)

Cancellations are always a fact of life, but I will be frank: 2009 may see the return of the Waiting List, where there are more dealers applied than tables available. If it comes to that, there will certainly be an announcement to the masses, in the Livejournal Community and on the official forums.

Additionally: we have noticed recently that the US Postal Service is definitely taking their sweet time getting mail through--delays of a week or two are popping up everywhere. If you are concerned about an application you sent some time ago, please email and we'll give you a status report. While I'd like to post a list of who is in-hand and just waiting for processing, this is hardly the forum to do so.
