Was just wondering if there was anyone in the ATL area, that was going to be driving up to AC?

http://www.anthrocon.org/node/33497/reminders-how-asking-ride-here
This is very late to arrange for rides for AC. Most people who MIGHT have routes past you tried to finalize their plans months ago. If someone drops out of their car at the last minute, you MIGHT have a chance at a ride.

You've also left no information about yourself to try to convince anyone who MIGHT have a seat to take a chance on you. Most drivers won't risk their cars that casually. (The sticky offers some advice in that department.) Making a good first impression may be your one hope for a ride.

If your only chance to attend is if you get a lift, consider you might need to wait until next year instead, so you can plan a budget that allows for emergencies, financial comfort, and so on-as well as transportation.
If you really feel a deep need to attend this year, you can fly, take Amtrak, or take Greyhound.

With the last-minute wait, Greyhound isn't really worth it. You'd travel around the clock in a Greyhound bus, change 1-2 times to different buses (hope you make your connections), and pay $121 or more to do it. http://www.anthrocon.org/node/26380/greyhound-bus-beginners

Likewise, prices are up for Amtrak and probably for air at this time, although last minute flight openings CAN open up for the few minutes you're checking (I had that happen once and saved about $250 on a one-way flight, but don't count on it.)

With Amtrak, the trip is actually about 30 hours, but it's a LOT more comfortable than Greyhound. You'd take the Crescent from Atlanta to Washington DC, wait a few hours (walk around, sit, read, eat), then take the Capitol Ltd northbound (terminus: Chicago) to Pittsburgh. With both trains, you can walk around, use the restroom, buy food, and so on. There's still seats right now, but they will definitely sell out the Capitol Ltd before AC begins. http://www.anthrocon.org/node/26390/amtrak-beginners Amtrak right now would be $140 each way, with the cheaper tickets selling out first as the date approaches.

As for flights, that's the most practical for this distance. Direct flights on Delta exist between Atlanta and Pittsburgh, and American has flights where you change planes at Charlotte. As of right now, those should run under $250 each way. At least, that's what the airlines last told Kayak. You're responsible for getting to AC how you choose and at your own risk. But, those are your options as of right now. I would try to decide within hours because some of those options may disappear within a day (as tickets sell out, etc.)

If you must go, and must save every penny, then get tickets for Greyhound soon because the price continues to rise until the same day as the trip. If you can afford the flight, the direct flights are probably the best option. And if your budget is somewhere between the 2, consider Amtrak. And, again, decide soon while there are still offers and tickets and the current prices.

Other things that people might want to know is can you drive a little bit to get to their location rather than have them pick you up?

What day are you planning on leaving to get to AC?

What time do you want to leave?

What day are you planning on coming back?
