I'm a HUGE horror fan, ok maybe even a Horror Geek if I'm honest. I dig pretty much everything but I especially enjoy the classics as well as some choice splatter films from the 70's up to the present. Just wondering if there are any other horror hounds out there that may want to hang and discuss some of the new stuff going on in the genre. So... anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Totally. In fact, those of us who work for Kage have these 3 rules to follow:

1) Keep Kage away from water

2) Keep Kage away from bright lights

3) No matter how much he cries, never ever feed him sake after midnight!

This year I think I shall break all 3 rules, you know, for the lulz. Smiling

Yeah, Sam Rami's triumphant return to horror. I remember seeing Evil Dead for the first time as a kid and falling in love with Bruce Cambell... *sigh* If you wanna talk old, we can go back to "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" if you like. Eye-wink

Let's not forget the Thomas Edison version of Frankenstein! An intact print was found just a few years ago.

Google is your friend.

Try Thomas Edison Frankenstein

At least one entry is a download site, one claims to have it on DVD for $19.99...

horror fan?...... I Am Horror!!! haha. yeah i'm a horror fan i guess. what most people call nightmares are pure entertainment for me. i'm not really a fanatic, nor do i know all the names of all kinds of movies and stuff but if its attempting to be scary i usually like it. but honestly i havn't watched a movie thats scared me in a long time. am i descensitized? or just plain sick in the head? the only thing that even bothers me are things that are just plain (in my eyes) morally wrong. but it dosn't scare me.

I dunno that I watch most of them to be scared anymore, rather just be entertained or at least go "oooooh - ahhhh - I wonder how they did that..."
