Anthrocon 2009 Convention Bag Insert Deadline EXTENDED TO JUNE 19

Due to popular demand, we are extending the deadline for convention bag inserts. To take advantage of this extension, send us a sample of your ad and payment to:

Convention bag inserts are any 8½” x11” flyer or odd-sized promotional item (key ring, etc.) to be inserted into the bag each attendee receives at registration. Cost for this service is $100 ($75 for Dealers). Make checks payable to ANTHROCON, INC. Material must be approved by the Advertising Department before distribution.

Your sample ad and payment must be received no later than JUNE 19, 2009. Do not print advertising materials at this time. We will review your ad and give you further instructions upon approval.
