Twitter's great if you have a mobile device. It's also great new way to communicate. Companies like Comcast use Twitter for customer service.

Dude i did not know comcast uses twitter for there customer service and i have had comcast for 5 or 6 years now i guess thats cus i never had to use customer service LOL

Well, for what it's worth, Twitter hasn't existed for 6 years.. in fact, the framework that it's written in has only existed for around three.

And these days, it's better for breaking news than CNN or the other cable news networks, especially on the weekends when they're on a skeleton staff doing reruns because of budget cuts.

The nice thing about Twitter is that it allows the many to communicate with the few. You can talk directly to celebrities and sometimes you even get a reply. So hey, follow our feeds (@Anthrocon and @AnthroconDances) and send us messages Smiling You can even do it at the con (via your phone)!
