JBadger
Hi all,
Need to make a quick announcement. Anthrocon has learned that one of its long time staffers and attendees, JBadger, was admitted to the hospital yesterday. He is ok, but his physician has requested that he remain in the hospital for the next 5 days or so. This means that JBadger will not be attending Anthrocon this year.
JB is a good friend to many staffers, and has been an Anthrocon attendee since AAC1 in 1997. Please keep him in your thoughts for a speedy recovery.
Sorry to hear that. And yeah, what a bad time for it.
Get well soon, badger.

Bummer.
I remember meeting Jbadger at the first ever local furmeet I attended after my first Anthrocon, back in 1999. Hope he gets well soon!

Darn... At least I was able to spend some time with you before the con. Thanks for the visit, and get better real quick. We love you. *cuddles*
crud! Get better fast JB, We will miss you.
I just got through talking with JBadger. More information on his condition will be made as things become more clear.
He did, however, wish me to convey these messages.
"My sense of humor is still intact, and it's not my fault!"
Hope it isn't something awful!
"We sleep soundly in our beds at night because rough men stand ready to visit violence apoun those which would do us harm."
"Molon Labe!"
Hey JBadger, speedy recovery! At least you won't get the con crud. Best wishes!
Here's hoping for a speedy recovery. Excelsior!
Sorry to hear that - I hope he gets better soon! I'd like to get to say hi at Worldcon a month from now. :/
Thank you all for your support. Just got out of the hospital today and have to take it easy for the next few days.
I think I have enough metal in my chest now, do not want any more.
Really I feel quite well today, no more pains.
Dr. H who was working on me last night had a tiger striped leaded clothing. I commented on the tiger stripes.
Dr. H to me: "Of course" To one of the others: "See someone knows this is not a zebra" .
I did not get put out for the procedure upon request, hate being put out.

The silly little ratel

Pass along my best wishes, please. As Kage knows, some years ago I was in almost the exact same position, though in my case I was told on Tuesday that I'd be having surgery on Wednesday... the day before I intended to leave for the con.
