Arrow Quivershaft's comment below couldn't have put it better. A meme involving pokemon, originating from DeviantArt, containing the phrase, "so I herd u leik ____." (Or, "So, I heard you like ____.")
In this case... you're dressed as a mudkip, and you're saying "So, I heard you like AC."
If you're still lost, I don't blame you... but I still find the picture hilarious.
Mudkips, which are a type of Pokemon, if I recall correctly, became a running joke on DeviantArt a while ago, with various pictures of them saying "I heard u like (insert term)?"
