Found Cell phone
I found a cell phone at the Westin on Monday afternoon. The battery is dead, but if you can tell me the number that is listed under the contact "mom", I'll ship it back out to you.
EDIT: I found out that the phone is a sprint phone. If no one claims it by next Wednesday, I will turn it to them, where they said they can get in contact with the owner.
Alternately, you could try calling the number listed as 'mom' with that cell, and tell whoever answers that you have the cell and would like to return it.
It is a black motorola phone, I do not know the provider. I was going to call the "mom" number, but the battery is dead now.
um...because the battery is dead and he can't get to the number now?
Sorry if I misunderstood something here, but the OP gives off the impression that he wrote down the number when he said
"The battery is dead, but if you can tell me the number that is listed under the contact "mom", I'll ship it back out to you."
I did write down the number, but I didn't get the area code. Hence, I can't call it. I know it is a sprint phone now, but I couldn't get any more information from them. I'll just turn it into them if I can't find the owner soon.
Is there a model number on it, or what the charging voltage requirements are? (e.g., 12 V, 1 A)? If you have your own cell phone, what's its model number? Would your charger plug into this phone? I might be able to dig up the specs for both phones and if the chargers are compatible, maybe you can use your charger on it...

.
While my cell phone is accounted for, it may be helpful to describe the phone in slightly more detail, such as color/model/personal additions, in order to assist it in its quest to find its owner.
