I just wanted to know. Can you request a room on a low floor? and How late in the day can you check in. I may be working the day before the con starts (My reservation starts that day) and thus my be ariving at your hotel around 9 to 11PM |

I'm pretty sure that the front desk is open 24/7.
However, if you check in very late in the evening, other people may have gotten rooms on lower floors by then. So it's definitely in your best interests to check in as early as possible in the day.

You can put in the request for a low floor when making your reservations and we will do everything possible to follow your request but can not guarantee.
Also, please note when making your reservation that you will be arriving late. With a credit card a room is guaranteed for late arrival.
