Website Registration error? ( Starwoods hotel )

I've been triying to register my reservation on the westing, weirdly it keeps giving me "UNEXPECTED ERRORS"
anyone knows if theres an scheduled maintenance time on the websites?

what do you mean steps?
obviusly filling my information ( follow the link of here to the starwood hotels website , then book for anthrocon , days 6-9, double beds ), enter my credit card & stuff ( no errors, until I have to confirm for second time ) then it says "unexpected errors" and that "there might be unscheduled maintenance under way" and the classic "try again later"

Thanks for pasting the text in, that's very helpful.

We'll also try to figure out why they wanted until the END of the reservation process before mentioning maintenance.

I just hope they havent charged me twice or something , cause thats what websites do when they leave the protections 'til the end x_X

Your card will not be charged in any case. The number is only held to guarantee the reservation. A charge will not be made until you actually check out.

thanks the for the clarification Laughing out loud
