Don't believe it. Both Jaime and I are monitoring the number of rooms on a daily basis. At the moment we still have a bit of available space that we can use to expand our room block. As I type this our block only has 3 rooms available on both Thursday and Sunday night. I have asked Jaime to stretch our block larger on those nights, but of course, that all depends on how many rooms are available. So if you try to reserve your room today and get a "sold out" message, don't panic. Just try again in a few hours. When and if we are genuinely sold out, meaning that every room in the hotel has been spoken for, we will post an announcement on our front page. |

My comment is wrt the "convenient sky bridge" - since the elevators at the end of it are reserved for 'suiters, and the steps to the ballroom were closed half of the time, I wouldn't call it convenient 
When the stairs are closed, can somebody at least put a sign up at the beginning of the bridge so we don't waste our time walking across it only to find the stairs are closed and have to double back?
Also, will the Courtyard Marriott be available this year? It's closer than the Omni...

Sounds reasonable. We'll look into that.

The Courtyard was not able to give us an overflow contract this year. :/ Their rooms are running about $129 on up right now, so if you want to reserve there, you can try their reservation page.
But...what's wrong with the Westin? We've still got room there!
