O_O eep!
Okay, I've noticed there seems to be a new layout...and I'm not terribly fond of it. It took me five minutes to find the new thread button, and i accidentally marked all as read in the process. I've also noticed there are no borders between individual posts, which i find moderately confusing and fairly displeasing.
in short... is it possible to switch back?

Borders should be back, along with new posts being made clearer (the text is now red).
I'm going to work on the profile icons next (website, blog, etc.), but I may step out for a very late lunch somewhere in there. I'll keep you posted.
The "new" posts were always posted in red from what I remember. It's just they were on the right side as opposed to the left.
Also, the replies are numbered, which are on the right.
I found it much more useful to have the "new" tags on new messages on the right. It made it easier to scroll down and find new messages. With the tag buried in the middle of the text, it's significantly more difficult to find them. I suggest putting the message number on the left, next to the timestamp, and the "new" tag on the right, please.
Also, I notice the reply/comment preview page does some funky repetition of the comment text. But it looks like signatures are back. I'd better update mine.
I only have limited control over where certain elements go, and certainly can't rearrange things, as that's all done in the Advanced Forum module which we are now running.
I can try to make the "new" label stand out by tweaking the CSS, which I've done. It's now a nice bright red, and is no longer shrunken like it was before.
Okay I've written some PHP code, and all the original icons should be back, plus a few new ones.
I'm stepping out for a very late lunch right now, and will be back in a bit with some more new features to add.
Might I suggest also adding FurAffinity to the social sites list under the profile. I would have replied in the upgrade thread you have posted but it appears to be locked.

Slow down, dude. I'm still doing the rollout, and tweaking/fixing things as I discover them.
