Possible RoomShare(1/3)

This is a maybe at this point, depending if our friends decide to come to the convention from California/Great Britian, if they do, then they've got priority. If they don't, that leaves me and my signifigant other all alone in a two bedroom room, so we'll have space for one other.
Its' on the fursuiting floor(Most likely, unless it booked up last monday )

We'll only take those who comply with the following:

+Can pay 1/3 the total cost of the room, including any fees they accrue(Renting movies, etc). The estimate will be collected up-front.
+Don't mind drinkers, although we'll be happy to have a minor stay with us if they keep their hands out of my stash.
+No Intimate activity in our room, please.
+This one's for babyfurs. While we don't mind a b.f. staying with us, please keep your 'things' clean and put away. Keep anything that can't meet these requirements in one of the community rooms(Playpen, crib, etc) if they're okay with it.
+Bathe daily <--Important. If you stink, we'll be sure to let you know.
+Don't mind religious folk. My boyfriend and I tend to get into alot of religion-centralled debates, so if you're wholly secular, or are offended by religion, please find lodgings elsewhere.
+No Drama. I can't stress this enough. We're both college students, and have enough stress in our lives, we'd like to avoid any more of it.

Generally, all we're asking for is folk to be courteous, and I hate having to list this stuff off, but sadly, this is all stuff thats' happened to me when I've lent out roomspace at cons past. So can we try to avoid it this year?
