Question on Omni room rates

Hoping someone can clear up a question about room rates at the Omni, we are hoping to stay there again this year, Found it to be a much better deal than the Westin for last years AC.

I noted on the hotel site, this years Omni rates are: $105 per night for single or double occupancy, $125 for triple, or $145 for four people. Is this the same setup as last year?

I remember paying $109(ish) per night last year and we had 4 people in a double bed room. How strict is this hotel when it comes to room stuff? I don't remember if this rule was in place when We booked rooms last year.
