I'm involved with the Phylo game (I wrote core rules) and will be bringing it along to let people playtest it before release. oooh.

What's Phylo? Phylo takes real world species and lets you build a dynamic habitat to support them. You might be able to play that Bear now, but if the habitat won't support it, it will eat your other cards, then starve!

Currently in Alpha testing. It should be ready for Beta testing by AC.

Phylo the game

This is an open source, non-commercial project and we're looking for artwork! Love realistic animal illustration? Always wanted to see your favorite real animal accurately represented in a game and see people call it by its Latin binomial? Contribute some artwork! Your website will be listed on the card along with your name.

Saw it on BoingBoing, I'll give it a shot if I'm nearby when tested.
