Temporary ID
New Hampshire gives out a paper temporary ID/drivers license until the permanent version is sent in, which in New Hampshire counts as a valid form of identification. Would that be allowed to be used as a form of ID provided that I have other non photographic means of Identification such as a birth certificate and social security card?
Will do, and much thanks
If the temporary Driver's License has a photograph of some sort, and it has not yet expired, then that plus a social security card and birth certificate should be sufficient ID. It's likely to cause extra scrutiny when you are in the registration line, but should suffice.

Thank you so much!

Hmm, that's a good start. I would recommend that you email registration-2010 AT anthrocon DOT org though. They can work with you to help find a solution.
