A new home for Con Ops

Up until last year, we always ran Con Ops out of the Crawford Room in the Westin Hotel. But as we've moved more and more of the convention in to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, we figured it would make sense to move the convention's Operations Office into it as well.
So starting this year, you can find the Operations Office in Room 309 in the convention center. In the photo to the right, it's the door on the left. Just steps away from the Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom.
The hours of the office will be as follows:
- Thursday, June 24th: 7 AM to 2 AM
- Friday, June 25th: 7 AM to 2 AM
- Saturday, June 26th: 7 AM to 2 AM
- Sunday, June 27th: 7 AM to 2 AM

It will wander the halls without purpose at night, wailing and screaming spectrally for its owner until its unfinished business is finally settled.

What's the planned speed and orbit of the satellite? And the launch vehicle? Will it be tidally locked with the main ConOps room?

Will lost and found migrate each night, or remain in the main room?
