Inter-hotel bus ?
Last year, I seem to recall a discussion / suggestion that in 2010 there would be a shuttle bus running between the AC hotels, however I can't see anything that says it's going to be running...
Is this one of those things that was proposed, then discussed as a bad idea (or because AC was unable to come to a suitable agreement with a shuttlebus company) - or is it actually running ?
I thought the plan was to increase the reg. fees $10 to pay for this, which would raise $40k or so - was the cost going to be more than that? 
Not that I'm complaining - I've got mixed feelings about everybody paying for something that benefits only two-thirds or so of the membership 
That was a plan. It has its pros and its cons; we decided that it was not worth it for 2010. We may revisit the notion in future years.

There are plenty of taxis that will shuttle you from hotel to hotel for a mere $5 or so. Find friends to coordinate timing with so up to four people can share a taxi at once.

As long as there's dollar signs attached to them, numbers that large don't bother him at all!

The Board of Directors did not like the price tag that came with it (five digits), so we shelved the idea for now. We'll need to get a little bit bigger before the budget can support it.
