Just curious, but if a person's panel suggestion is used/approved, then when and how will that person be notified about the approval?

If a panel is approved, you'd get a note saying so, and also a more detailed form that asks for info about the panel.  I'd also get the panel info to the track lead that it falls under.  If it's not approved, I'd contact you with details.

I'm reviewing panel requests, so you should be getting an answer shortly. Smiling

Ok, Thanks for the info. Eye-wink In case you do review my panel request, I just want to mention a slight change. I originally asked for an hour and a half to give my panel. But if that's too much, I am more than willing to work with just an hour instead if the programming director feels it's more appropriate. I can work with either timeframe. No problem. Eye-wink

Also curious about my panel I was wanting to do an animation panel but have not heard back on approval either way.  Thanks!

Should all panel idea proposals have gotten responses by now? I don't want to pester, but I do want to make sure my email didn't get lost.

I submitted some panels Feb 7th, then sent you a query email a month later. Was any of that received? If so, I never got any form of feedback or response.

Due to the volume of email coming in, sometimes things get lost or buried.  What topics were you considering?

One was a Doctor Who SIG meeting, and the other was a class on making pipeys, the things I'll be selling in the Den. I realize now it's probably too late to get things in, but maybe for next year.
