That would fall under my purview; as of this moment I haven't had any mention of such a panel arrive, but if anyone's willing to host it, it would be something I'd definitely like to add in. :>
I haven't heard anyone mention it for this year, but it doesn't necessarily follow that someone hasn't offered to host it.
My nest suggestion: email the programming staff. Tell them that if someone else doesn't come forward to host that panel, you're happy to do it (that's assuming that you are), but that you'd like to encourage someone else to take up the task if possible. They'll make sure the information goes to the right track lead.
