Transferring reservations

Hi, a group of us have a few rooms booked and want to swap a king and a quad room between two of us, but have it in the correct names so checking in on our own would be possible. Is this something that the hotel can do easily? I thought I would post it here because it is probably something that others may want to know.

Right now all rooms are sold out. There are no quad rooms to swap for your king, or vice-versa.

The only thing you can do is try to find someone who has a quad who wants to switch with you; otherwise, you can wait until a few weeks before the convention and see if there have been cancellations.

Yes, sorry I meant switch a room between two people agreeing to swap them. Sounds like this is ok then - thanks!
