Figure Drawing Artist Sign Up Information for Anthrocon 2011 (Late Evening).

Good afternoon everyone.

I am organizing several figure drawing panels at this year’s Anthrocon.They will be held on Thursday, June 23rd in the Westin’s  Pennsylvania Room. The official times will be announced during a second announcement once the schedule has been published.

One of these sessions will feature one or more nude models.  In order to hold this session, certain guidelines need to be followed by everyone participating either as part of the panel or as an artist.

GUIDELINES:

*In order to attend, you MUST be over 18 years old as of June 23, 2011.
*Anyone attending MUST show your Anthrocon 2011 badge to the door guard (including anyone involved with the panel). For those who have Pre-Registered for Anthrocon, the Pre-Registration line will be open on Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 1PM – 10PM, and on-site Registration will be open from 3PM – 10PM.
*Space is limited. No further sign-ups will be taken once the list has reached capacity.
* All attendees *must* sign up prior to the start of the panel and must be present for an appropriate purpose.  Loiterers will be escorted from the room (and possibly from the convention).
* NO CAMERAS OR PHONES WILL BE ALLOWED. Keep it stowed in a bag or in your room. If you need to make a call or leave the room for any reason, please tell the door guard that you need to leave. You will need to show your badge to re-enter.

Pre-Sign Ups will end at 12:00PM EDT on Monday, June 20, 2011 You may sign up on site on Thursday, June 23, 2011 in front of the Pennsylvania room in The Westin. Times will be announced once the schedule has been published.  It will be available one hour before the panel until one hour after the panel has started, or until the capacity of the room is reached.

If you pre-sign up, there will be a printed list and a space to note your badge number. If you wish to sign up the day of, you will need to note the following:

*Badge #
