maple story, cheap but still awesome
so i know i created a thread for LoL but this is the other game i've been playing a LOT of recently, infact so much that in a weeks time i started a wild hunter and got her to third job... im actually amazed by this mainly because i've only gotten two characters to third job and it took me FOREVER to get the first on there. i think i have to thank the big bang (a game update) which made the game so much easier (though the accuracy system seems stupid now... not that i completly understand it)
but anyhow any other maple story players out there? perhaps even on windia? or to a lesser extent broa (im starting new on windia)
the only difference in worlds is whos on it (as in player) its a pretty simple game but i really like it. also though you dont HAVE to grind all the time, the most efficient way to level is grinding. they made it a lot easier now due to the big bang, and i suggest starting a cygenus knight (duknow if i spelled that right) mainly because they are like 10 times easier then the other characters.
its gotten better over time especially with there recent major changes to the games leveling system which is no longer as grueling as it once was
agreed! grinding is no longer such a chore im glad they made the game a lot easier to play, though the changes to the accuracy system is really bitter sweet for me, on the one hand its nice for a lot of champions but on the other hand its like, 1 whats the point of getting alt stat if you dont need accuracy, 2 characters that master in dex suddenly miss things despite having tons of accuracy, and 3 they basically made the entire stat (accuracy) pointless in turn making multiple abilities characters have pointless to. i have to wonder if avoidability got the same shaft.
but other then that and maybe a few other gripes (like the third job advancement for adventurers, or the fact that every new class is like 5 times as rediculous as the last.) the game is hella fun and i have few complaints about the changes they made.
I liked it when it first came out, and a small part of me misses playing it...but is then drowned out by the rage of that annoying Inn(the town in the center of the World Map, don't remember the name of it but it led to where the undead mushrooms were) bug that would disconnect you from the server. I may get back into it as soon as I have a stronger computer.

I looked at it a while ago, way back when it first was released and wasn't too impressed.. maybe I'll try it again! Windia, eh? I like the sound of that..
