Perhaps this might help you out.
Onefurall is amazing. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work they do, but two warnings:
- Spendy. Really, really spendy.
- You will wait. You will wait a long time.
Scribble does fantastic work, though. If you want a really great suit, he's the one to call.
Hi! umm i dont know if this is out of the question but, how do you MAKE a full body suit? do you just cut the fur on a pattern then done? or do you have like a wetsuit under it?
You probably should have started your own thread so that you could get more people to see your question.
Anyway, To answer your question from my point of view, I use a wetsuit pattern. There are a lot of pieces, so I've taken paper (brown paper or some cheap fabric to make the patterns on) and combined some of the pieces to reduce the number of pieces. Then I would use those new patterns to determine the color patterns to cut out (make sure you add a little extra on the cut ends for stitching) and then build from there.
Others have made duct tape dummies (you'll want at least one other person present to help you) of themselves and build the patterns off that using cheap fabric like muslin. But I don't know too much about those to be of much use here.
If you want digitigrade looks, you'll end up modifying the patterns on the legs to provide the shape for the looks. Matrices has a site with good useful tutorials on making the various parts (http://www.matrices.net/fursuiting.asp) to guide you.
I hope that was helpful.

The best thing to look at would be some of their past work. Most suit makers will have pictures of other suits that they have made. You may also wish to contact other people who have purchased suits from that maker, either from the pictures on the site, or ask the builder for some client references. That way you can get a more honest opinion on the good and bad points of that particular artist.
