Should be ports in the guest rooms as well as a cable inside the desk drawer. Call the hotel and ask they are well use to being asked questions about the rooms.

I stayed at Doubletree 2 yrs ago. They had free wifi in rooms; every day you had to sign on some kind of acknowledgement/privacy page and you'd be all set for the day. Don't know if that's changed (they may also offer a paid service but it was free when I used it)

Call the doubletree front desk if you have trouble setting up your internet and ask about getting free wifi, yes there is a process you do every 24 hours to keep using it as a courtesy to hotel guests.

They will either tell you what you need or give you the number of the Tech on duty or a number they can be reached/EXT# he will walk you through setting it up.  It should be something like "click here to pay for 1 day" *click*, put in the person's name who registered & is paying for the room then the room number after that screen it will have something about "to start your free complimentary 24 hour connection click here" *click*. There is also a paying link for wired connections or something.

You can also look on/in the desk for the papers about wifi and hooking to ethernet.   Wired internet is faster and they charge like $10 a day fee to use it.  Wifi as far as I know is still free.  When you login there is a timer telling you how long until you have to re-register another 24 hours.

Hope this helps you.
