Underage and the artroom

If i have a parent guardian or guardian with me can i go into the artroom? Or do i have to have a parent sign that form thing so i can go into the artroom?

Age does not matter to go into the all-ages section of the art show.

If you want to go into the mature section, you must be 18. Pennsylvania state requires it.
