I know its way too early to think about AC 2012, but I won the auction for the room at the Westin for 2012's AC and was wondering if I book for the Wednesday since I usually come on the Wednesday will I be staying in the same room the night before or will we be moving our stuff from one of the upper floors to the lower?

And since Canada Post is having their problems, (they aren't on strike but I am having a few trust issues with them; what kinda made things worse is they messed up on delivering a package to a teen and it may have cost her a trip to Brazil) would it be quite possible for me to redeem, scan and email the document for the weston room?

 

I don't think I have any other questions but we never know.

Whether you will have a different room for Wednesday night will depend completely on availability but you most likely will be in the same room.

As for scanning and emailing the document it would probably be best if you call the Westin and ask them directly what they will accept as any other answers on the forum will just be speculation.

As I told you at the auction, you can scan it and email it directly to me.  Do not send it to the Westin.  Anthrocon handles the charity auction rooms itself.

Do not send it before September.  We are on hiaitus right now and it will simply get lost.
