Would anyone like to sketch up a pic for me to post as my icon? Smiling

I recommend sketching one yourself. (look at mine!) It doesn't matter how skilled you are. I find that making something myself is mor satisfying than having someone else making something for me.

The idea is putting value into product. That value can come in either the form of time or money. Assuming time is valuable to you, putting your own time into something will make it valuable. When you pay someone for a product, you are giving something of yours for the product, which makes it valuable.

If you're really interested, you might want to check out teenycom on livejournal - they're a community where people take small commissions (oftentimes icons for $5 or so) and you can pick up some really neat art from some great artists there.
