Pokémon Diamond/Pearl

I got both of them and my crystal version is loaded ^^, but yeah I can bring my stuff do you play and collect the cards by any chance?

I'll most likely have my copy of it while at the con. It'll be a life saver while in the dealer room :3

I'll have my DS and Pokémon Pearl with me. I really hope there'll be a lot of people with Pokémon Diamond/Pearl there, maybe the zoo can be the main spot for finding others with the game.. anyway, there's so much to do with other players, I really hope to get a lot of things done!

1. Battling - Of course, who doesn't want to battle other traniers with their team?

2. Trading - Maybe I'll be able to get some Pokémon I need, maybe not, but at the very least it'll be a great way to collect more trainer IDs to increase your chances of winning the daily lottery!

3. Poffin Making - When you make poffins with other players, you can come out with much higher level poffins that increase more contest aspects of your pokemon higher, plus you each get the same number of poffins as the people taking part in the mixing! So if there's 4 players mixing a poffin together all 4 players will each get 4 of the resulting poffin! (Every player taking part must put in a different berry though, if two players put in the same berry, then a foul poffin will be the result!) I think I might look over a berry guide or maybe I or someone else can try to have one there, and we can try to calculate some different effective berry recipes!

4. Underground - There's two things worth doing underground in multiplayer. One, talking to 32 people underground (or rather, talking 32 times to someone else underground, it can be the same person so long as you go above ground and back underground each time) will casue Spiritomb to appear at that little tower south of Solaceon Town (not the ghost tower, farther south). And two, capture the flag between underground bases! Basically, as long as your base and another player's base is in the same section of the underground (i.e., you can run from one to the other) then you can go into their base, steal their flag, then run back to your own base, and enter it in your PC. You can do this over and over with one persno, or multiple people. As far as I know, there's no penalty for your flag being taken, but collecting flags has benefits to what you can do in your underground base: Capture 1 flag, and you can have 12 decorations instead of 10 in your base, and you can remove 1 of those big rocks! 3 flags allows you 15 decorations and 5 rocks removed. 10 flags lets you remove 10 rocks from your base, and you get a new radar option on your Underground PC, which will show you where treasures and traps are hidden on the map, as well as where you have buried spheres. And finally, 50 flags will allow you to clear out ALL the rocks in your base, and will also upgrade your trainer card, putting an extra star on it and changing its color! Though the maximum number of decorations you can ever put in your base is 15. You can stop someone from stealing your flag if you catch them before they can make it back to their own base, but like I said, I don't think there's any downside to having your flag stolen. It basically just helps the person who gets the flag. That said, a bunch of us could have our bases in the same general area and all let ourselves run back and forth getting each other's flags so we can get those base upgrades! I built my base right under Eterna City where I got my first Digger Drill from the guy who gave me the explorer kit in the first place. Not sure how many others have theirs in that area, but it might be a good place.

Whew, what a long post that was. But I hope to be able to do all of those things while at AC, especially the poffins and underground flag thing, since you can only do those over local wireless! I should be spending a good amount of time in the zoo over the course of the weekend, so I hope to see lots of you other trainers there!

EDIT: While having nothing to do at work tonight, I put together some poffin recipes focusing on each contest stat. I tried to use the more common berries so that it wouldn't be hard to find people with the berries to mix, though in the second recipe under each category I included the rare one that you can find in Amity Square in case anyone has those. I'm going to try to get some of them before AC myself. Anyone up to sharing their Trainer codes?

I've been working on a team in Diamond lately. Hopefully, it'll be done when AC rolls around. I also play Pokemon cards if anyone else is interested. I've got a decent deck right now.

I never have anyoen to play my deck(s) agaisnt so i have no idea if they are good they are untested and i think i deconstructed them, i also slsot a bunch fo cards sadly.
