Just in case anyone is interested, I used Google Maps and put together an interactive map of downtown Pittsburgh. It can be viewed at http://www.anthrocon.org/pittsburgh-map. Also, here is a miniature version: Both hotels are marked on it, as as the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and significant areas inside of it. I also mapped out a route from the bus station to the Westin. That's the red line that heads south. If anyone can think of something else that should be listed on that map, please let me know. While I can't list every single dining establishment (there are dozens and dozens), I can list a few significant ones, such as Kwik-E-Mart. Enjoy! |

I think the T station near the greyhound should be marked for those staying at the omni .. it's easier taking the T (for free) with your luggage than walking to the hotel.. and cheaper than the taxi! since it's free and all
They just take the T near tha greyhound and stop at Steel Plaza and when they get out , the hotel is right in front of the steel plaza station..
