Anyone going near wisconsin? (and i meen anywhere, even ohio)

My name is Jay, i am 18 and from madison WI (well the area at least). This summer i will be travelling across the country with nothing but a bag on my bag, and a pencil in hand. I will be going anywhere i can writing down each night about the places i go, things i see, and people i meet and once the trip is over, putting everything i have wrote into a book about the different places i go and all the people i encounter. How is he doing this you might be asking? The Answer; i will be relying only on the good hearts of the people i meet and talk to, as i travel from state to state across the country

Now that you know that background of what i am doing, i am looking to start off the first chapter of my story with a trip to the con, and no this is not just a story i am making up to get there. I have always known furries, and have liked anthropomorphic art myself, and i have noticed that some of the nicest people in the world are people who are into this art genre and THAT is why the first chapter of my book starts here.

So, to sum it all up, is anyone going anywhere near wisconsin, or chicago, even some places in ohio (i am pretty good a hitch-hiking and riding trains)!

Obviously i won't havea whole lot of money to give you for gas, but i can guarentee that i will at least be able to contribute something, i not going to leeching off people.
