Every available table has been reserved for the 2012 Dealers' Room. To secure a place on the waiting list, follow the instructions below. If we have a cancellation, we will contact you.

Anthrocon offers the largest Dealer's Room of any anthropomorphics convention.  Located in the cavernous Hall B of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh PA, our Dealer's Room offers our dealers spacious 8-foot by 3-foot tables that face twenty-foot wide aisles and still have plenty of room behind them to stretch out. Each dealership comes with one full membership to the convention, with options for power and space against a wall with the payment of additional fees. Nearly all of our anticipated 4500 attendees will visit the Dealers' Room at some point during opening hours, affording our dealers a vast opportunity for sales.  Anthrocon handles all fees for drayage and local permits (where applicable), and the room is secured during the off-hours to provide our dealers a worry-free evening.

You can refer to our Dealers Room Map to see a layout of the room. Note that we cannot honor requests for specific tables when the room is sold out. If a cancellation occurs, that is the table that will be made available.

When you place your order below a "hold" will be placed on your credit card (or on your bank account if you are using a debit card). That will remain in place until a table comes available, for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will expire and you will have to re-apply. We will not charge any cards or process any checks until we have contacted you and you agree to accept a table that is offered.

IMPORTANT! If you wish to register more than one dealership, please come back to this page after you complete the first table purchase. You must input the sales tax license number and registration information for the second dealership on this page.

List as many tables as you wish in order of preference. We will do our best to accommodate all requests on a first-come, first-served basis, but we cannot guarantee that any dealer will be able to be placed at his first-choice location.
