Hi, I'm looking for a fursuite maker who can make me a wolf fursuite. But not the full on fursutie. If possible just the head, feet, and arms/hands

What your looking for is a partial fursuit. I can't point you in the way of a maker but the tend to be 300-500 and you can make one for about 100-200 by yourself.
