i just registered as a supersponser. do i get any benifits for paying the higher price?
hello its gonna be my first con. my dad said sponsers are well liked by staff members so he bought me a supersponser membership. do i get any privlages for it? please help thanks.
Don't forget the undying gratitute of Staff and Board members! :-)
We LIKE Supersponsors! They help pay for stuff.
so that idea about a possible supersponsor dinner got shot down and it will be a lunch still or is that still to be determined?Or was that an idea about possible in the future ? I dont mind too much either way but the idea of a supper/dinner kind of appeals to me more then a lunch which falls during dealers room hours and is usually close enough to breakfast I never know whether to bother with one that day.
wow! this is great! i even got a reply from a furry celebrity! im gonna tell my mom and dad theyll be so happy!
))))))
Just dont hang around a staff member too long. They'll also put another nifty ribbon on you.
no, not "supersponsor"... it will show "volunteer" and just see how many hoops you will jump through then!
Oh and dont forget the official opening ceremony boot-to-the-rear-end. Where you can choose any on-stage personality, or the Guests of Honor to really wind up and let you have it.
-May or may not be a serious kangaroo...
Danruk!
O.o they TOLD you something about the ribbon? They just GAVE me the ribbon, and said "here, wear this!" (Not that telling me it was for being cute could have made me want to wear it any more then i already did
)
They told me the ribbon was for being cute.
*chuckles* And perhaps it was. The pretty staff ribbon, however...that was for being sensible enough to know how to use a paperclip, but not quite sensible enough to run away after the first few hours.
I've signed up for supersponsor as well, I can't wait to enjoy it's perks... and I'm hoping to do abit of volunteer work as well... might even work towards getting the all important 15hrs, since I've been informed recently that I'm to be dragged back to AC in 2013.
We are always looking for more mini......I mean Volunteers!!
Yes that was the word i was looking for, absolutely nothing suspicious going on here.......Oh look a shiny!!!!!!
*runs away*
SHINY! ..WHERE WHERE!?!?!.. *pushes you out of the way* mine! mine! mine!
If there's one thing I've learnt over the years mate, is that there's ALWAYS something suspicious going on... *eyes you carefully*
There is absolutely NOTHING suspicious going on here... Not a darn thing... As to the shinies, I defer to the previous author's expertise on such matters, as shinies hold no sway over m- OOH SHINY! *grabs at the shinies*

(Did that REALLY just double post?!?!? Grrr.... Once again the shinies win)
I understand that there are things at the con that tend to be "must see". the Masquerade skits on Saturday night tends to be one of those main ballroom events that are must see. However, if you're feeling helpful, we've got this particularly goofy backstage crew that needs volunteers to help run the show, and you might even catch bits and pieces from back stage view as you help escort the fursuiting performers back and forth.
If this sounds like a good deal for 2 hours worth of volunteering, there'll be sign up in con ops for the saturday evening slot.

Do you ever!
1) Invitation to the Supersponsor Luncheon on Saturday.
2) Prime seating for the major events.
3) Short-short badge pickup line.
4) Exclusive gift!
5) Coupons to some of the local Furry-friendly eateries
6) Anthrocon 2012 T-shirt
7) A nifty ribbon that lets you show off just how cool you are.
