I have a room in the doubletree to share.

I have a double bed spare in my room for 1 or 2 people to share.
I am arriving late at night on the 12 th and will be leaving on the 18 th .
The cost will be $60 per person per night for 1 person or $28 per person per night for 2 people.

I am a British fur and I have a partial fursuit, I would prefer a fursuiter or two but I am not too bothered about it.

No parties allowed! You can bring in some but not a lot of friends but no drinking or touching my stuff. I will obviously grant you the privacy.

Between the hours of 8:00am and 1:00 am noise of any level that is not classified as too high by any resident furs is acceptable.
Between the hours of 1:00am and 8:00 am noise must be at minimum to ensure that everyone gets enough sleep.

A shower or bath must be had by all resident furs at least one a day, this can be first thing or last thing I don't really care.
If you want to be alone in the room then tell me how long for and when so I can plan my day around that time.

If I have missed anything then please ask now

Also I will be bringing some tea with me which you will be welcome to.

Well, then, it might be a good idea to post "still looking for 2 people" in a reply, so that people who see you posting all over (which is sensible) don't jump to a conclusion and say "Oh, those spots must be filled by now" and just skip over trying to fill them. Smiling

Yes I do as no one has actually reserved a place yet. To reserve your place you need to pay the full amount in advance, however I am ok with you paying it to me in installments.

I am assuming you are coming with someone else because the $35 per person per night is for two people sharing. If you are not coming with someone then the price would be $75 per person per night.

You do realise that it is $35 per person per night, so $70 for 2people per night. If this is still fine then I request full payment in advance but I am willing to let you pay in installments as long as I have all the money at least 2 weeks before anthrocon.
