Anthrocon Conbook Deadline Less Than One Month Away!
The deadline for submissions is less than a month away!
Anthrocon is currently seeking submissions of artwork, fiction, photography, and articles for publication in its 2012 conbook. The Anthrocon conbook offers a fantastic forum for artists and writers to showcase their talents to their peers. To make contributing to the conbook easier, a file-uploading site is available. Anthrocon asks for non-exclusive print rights for submitted works. The artist or author may publish the submitted work in any other fashion; previously, at the same time, and after.
While we welcome any submissions of most any nature, please be aware that priority may be given to those works that complements the theme of the convention, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream.' All submissions should be in the 'G' to 'PG-13' rating.
For complete guidelines and release form, check out the Anthrocon Conbook Submission Guidelines page at http://www.anthrocon.org/conbook
OMG OMG OMG! Just as a reminder... the conbook deadline is tomorrow, April 14!
It seems every year people like to wait until the last possible minute to send things in. If you haven't sent your submissions in, do it soon! Avoid the last minute rush!
Aww..
Looks like I missed the deadline, by ONE DAY (15th here) . I had something planned too. ..unless we can still turn something in..
Unfortunately YouSendIt was very broken for me and it made me miss the deadline. I couldn't get my file sent in after a lot of trying on different browsers and computers. It's still not working today. Made me very sad, I busted tail to get a piece done, and the internet broke. :<
Are you coming to AC this year, Laken?

Ack!
I really need to get moving on this. I have the form filled out and scanned. The story itself is ready to go. I just cannot upload them at work, and I keep forgetting when I am at home (too much to do, such as sleep...).
