I have a Friend who lives out there in PA that lives with step parents... who arnt even there that often, and well he is almost 18, but wont be 18 till after the con, so I was wondering if it is at all possible for me to be his gaurdian and pay his fee and such for the weekend... I am 21 and I have an ID and what not, he just cant get his ID, so would they let me pay for him and keep him under watch?

or is he SOL on anthrocon?

As is stated in the Registration FAQ, your friend can go, but he'll either need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (which is to say, someone whose guardianship has been established by the courts) or he will need a permission form signed by a parent or legal guardian and properly notarized.
