Off topic Discussion
"Where did my post go? How can I find it?"
Posted by Giza (Douglas Muth) on Tue, 2006-11-28 17:57|
I just happened to move another article into the Offtopic Discussion forum and SunShadow wondered, "Gee, where did my post go?" So, I figured I would write this post in an attempt to answer that. There are a couple of ways to find your posts: 1) You can click on the recent posts link on the left to a list of posts that were recently made or commented on. If yours was within the last 20 or so posts that were made, it should be on this list. 2) You can click on the link that says my account over on the left. Then click on the link at the top of the page that says, "track". That will bring up a list of every post you have ever made and/or commented on. |

The purpose of this forum is to hold discussions which, for one reason or another, we think are interesting, but aren't necessarily related to Anthrocon or appropriate for any of the other forums. This is currently an experimental forum -- a test if you will. This individual forum may go away at any time without notice. (We warned ya |

getting to Anthrocon via plane/Fursuiting at the con

How would you get a partial/full fursuit through security as Carry On Baggage? If and when I go to AC 2013, I need to be able to just keep the mask and suit with me, as I do not trust baggage claim. And another part of this thread. |

This is being posted with Vicky's knowledge, agreement and permission. Her e-mail address is vmwyman100 (at) comcast (dot) net with the obvious replacements. She only has web access three times a week or so, so don't necessarily expect instant responses. She has stated that she's willing to accept commissions as well. |

Fur Fun at Boing Boing!

Say, has anyone seen this yet? http://www.boingboing.net/features/furry.html It's a pretty positive article; though, as you might imagine, some of the commenters are less than kind. I guess that's why us furries need pretty think skins...covered with fur, of course! ^..^ |

Okay, I've noticed there seems to be a new layout...and I'm not terribly fond of it. It took me five minutes to find the new thread button, and i accidentally marked all as read in the process. I've also noticed there are no borders between individual posts, which i find moderately confusing and fairly displeasing. in short... is it possible to switch back? |

So I know theres been talk about one day seeing about something on the most mascot type suits in one place or something along these lines.. and I was like you know this would be cool and all that jazz.. but I never wanted to it happen more than now. I know some furries have long time feuds with klingons at bowling .. and well I saw this (http://community.guinnessworldrecords.com/_Largest-gathering-of-Trekkies/photo/8100850/7691.html) a few moments ago and go.. wow are we gonna let the trekkies get one and not us? |
