Don’t forget that pre-registering online for the convention is the best way to not only save yourself some money, but also save yourself the panic of asking “did I register for the convention?” when we get closer to the summer. Get your registration today - different tiers and information available on our Registration page!

We’ve seen some interest come up for volunteering at the convention - we couldn’t appreciate your generosity enough. While we continue to confirm our Volunteering details for 2022, you can continue to send any of your volunteer interest to [email protected] and we’ll have our team get in touch with you to see where you’d fit best.

As always, we will continue to provide as many updates as possible on our website and social media. Make sure you follow us on our Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates.

Hotel bookings

Our hotel bookings are now available through the Hotel page on our website, having opened to general public booking on February 2nd. As we’ve seen before, the initial rush to book the closest hotels has filled up many of our popular hotels, but many are still rooms available at these locations:

  • Renaissance

  • Homewood

  • Doubletree

  • Omni William Penn

  • Embassy Suites

If you’re looking to book your stay, make sure you use the link provided on our page or social media instead of directly through the hotel.

If you have an existing reservation and are looking to make changes, you can do directly from the confirmation of your hotel booking or by going through the same link.

Travel

We know that figuring out your travel plans to Anthrocon will be a priority soon, and we’ll be making updates to our Travel section to provide as many helpful resources as we can. Remember to plan your trips accordingly based on the current COVID restrictions and policies that your originating country might impose.

Programming

Programming submissions are still open for 2022, and we will be looking to receive all panels and event ideas once more regardless whether or not it was accepted for 2020 or previous years. Head over to our Programming page for more information.

Conbook & Advertising

Our conbook submissions are now open. Visit our Conbook page for details on what we’re looking for, and how to submit for our 2022 conbook.

Advertising opportunities are also available through our advertising page, with other options that can be discussed with our Publications team.

COVID-19 Policy

Our COVID-19 policy has been published (under our Registration category) and will be updated as we continue forward towards July 2022. As navigating a COVID-affected world has been complex and unpredictable, we ask of everyone’s understanding and patience as we work with both government and health experts to host a safe and responsible event for everyone. Questions and concerns about our COVID-19 policy can be directed to [email protected].

Black Lives Matter

We are shocked and appalled by the murder of George Floyd and the many other acts of racial injustice that are occurring across the nation. Right now, we believe the need for action is more important than just words. We stand with the Black community. We know that Black Lives Matter, and we want you to know that we hear you; we see you; we stand with you, and we support you.
